Travelling to Nordic Lodge

We are located 135 miles (217 kilometers) northeast of La Ronge on Highway 102, an all-weather road. The first 20 miles (32 kilometers) are paved, while the rest is gravel-surfaced. While it is not a superhighway, it is easily passable with a sedan or station wagon with a little caution (most of our guests actually choose to travel this way). A 4-wheel drive vehicle is not necessary for this road.

Gas is available at Mile 81 (130 kilometers) (McLennan Lake) and Mile 136 (218 kilometers) (Reindeer Lake Service, Southend).

Air Travel Information

Air Canada, WestJet, Delta, United and many other airlines have daily flights to Saskatoon and Regina. There are options available to charter a plane from either location to Nordic Lodge. Many of our guests rent a car in Saskatoon, buy their groceries and drive to Nordic Lodge (approximate driving time is 7 hours).
